Refuting the Muslim Church – Taqleed leading to KUFR

Response to Shaykh Saeed Kamli:

BISMILLAH

Now the issue with Shaykh Saeed Kamli of Morocco is this, if the people that he is addressing actually said “I feel like this opinion or fatwa is wrong (without evidence)”, then he would certainly be correct to say “who cares about your feelings!”.

This is how Allah makes His revelations clear to you, so perhaps you will reason. (2:242)

However, the truth is that the Shaykh has repeated the mistakes of the priests and rabbis and fell into the lizard hole like most shia and sunni scholars because he has straw-manned the correct contention of the students of knowledge who are realising that many fatwas of the Shia, the four madhabs etc are wrong and at times they clearly violate the Quran’s Muhkamat.

Examples that have been mainstream are the wrong ideas that Muslim clerics have defended vehemently are like:

The acceptance of the innovation of triple divorce in one majlis (occasion) which is an innovation, allowing halala marriage (cucking), prohibition of music, not requiring two witnesses for Talaq, preventing women from attending, stopping people from free-mixing, obligating the Niqaab, forbidding Muslims from rebelling against the tyrannical “mu’min” ruler/leader, engaging in Qiyaas and making up rulings like a legislator, lying about God by attributing divine imamate like the shia, claiming Taqiyya for guides like the shia, upholding the ghayba (occultation), believing in adalat al sahaba like ahlusunna, institutionalising mulukiyya (monarchy/kingship) as Islamic governance like Sunnis, claiming to see Allah on yawm al qiyama like the majority of Ahlusunnah, believing in pre-determinism, claiming to attain salvation without amal or good deeds but merely shafa’a like the Christians, believing in leaving hellfire and then eventually going to heaven like Jews.

How many clear Quranic verses are abandoned in favour of faulty, fabricated Hadith, the established Sunnah refutes these Solitary Hadith

Shall I continue with the blunders?

Shall I stop?

There is a root issue here and that is telling the masses that they cannot understand the clear Book of Allah which is a clear book of truth and guidance

Do you not see that Allah has promised us to preserve and protect the Dhikr (Revelation), He did not say to us that He will protect the understanding of men or sects.

“They took their rabbis and monks as lords besides Allah, and the Messiah, son of Mary. (9:31)

The practice of taqleed without questioning has destroyed guidance and changed the deen of Allah, they made the halal of Allah into haram and they forbade what Allah permitted.

“When it is said to them: ‘Follow what Allah has revealed,’ they say, ‘No! We follow what we found our forefathers upon.’ (2:170)

The government scholars and the Muslim priests and rabbis are preventing us from spreading the true Islam of the Quran and Sunnah by forbidding ijtihad, encouraging taqleed (emulation), and treating the masses like cattle!

O believers! Do not say, “Râ’ina.” [Herd us!] But say, “Unẓurna,” [Tend to us!] and listen ˹attentively˺. And the disbelievers will suffer a painful punishment. (Surah 2:104)

We need critical thinking, the laity questioning their rulers and leaders, not obeying them unconditionally like slave girls obeying their masters, this level of absolute obedience to the created entails disobedience and rebellion against the Almighty, the Creator, the Ultimate Legislator!

“Indeed, the worst of living creatures in the sight of Allah are the deaf and dumb — those who do not reason.” (8:22)

Allah has given us ‘aql, let us use this Divinely given blessing noble faculty and stop treating the people or the masses like dead animals in order to strengthen our “Muslim Church” and devour the wealth of the weak!

When it is said to them, “Come to Allah’s revelations and to the Messenger,” they reply, “What we found our forefathers practicing is good enough for us.” ˹Would they still do so,˺ even if their forefathers had absolutely no knowledge or guidance? (5:104)

And they will lament, “If only we had listened and reasoned, we would not be among the residents of the Blaze!” (67:10)

He will bring His wrath upon those who are unmindful. (10:100)

WAKE UP O BLESSED UMMAH OF MUHAMMAD (SAWA)!
