I had to learn the language; a step for the revolution
I had to burn in anguish to get to the resolution
No circumlocution, I don’t like to mince words
Truth hurts the instance that I wreck the illusion
An effective solution is to return to the book
But you look through the text in confusion
That’s because your lenses have been stained
What you’ve gained from the sect is delusion
After the realization, there comes a phase
With a sense of seclusion; there does remain
Some sediment or grain of past sentiments
I call them the dregs of pollution
A truth-seeker is unfazed—
—when faced with the threat of exclusion
He only aims to be safe on the day of retribution
“What was the set of proofs that you used?
How did you deduce and reach this conclusion?”
“I was a fool. Reason was a tool I didn’t wield
I should’ve ruled by the law that was revealed
I wish now that the judgement could be repealed
The punishment is sealed. My fate is its execution”
